Meet Your Photographer - Emma Jaye

What is the value of beauty if at our core we all long to feel accepted? No matter our height, weight, hair, eye shade, race, color, or creed, this is a universal truth we all share. There is no greater acceptance, no greater value than the beauty of loving yourself. We all deserve that love. We all deserve a moment of reflection that reveals the person we might not always take the time to treat ourselves to see. To me, there is no greater joy than to capture that reflection. The journey in front of my lens is sure to turn heads along the way, but it also has a very good chance of making you fall in love all over again.

My photography career was deeply shaped by my time studying fine art and photojournalism in Italy, where I immersed myself in the rich history of visual storytelling and editorial exploration. My professional career began as a photojournalist in the music industry, where I traveled the country alongside talented musicians, capturing the profound connection between their souls and the sounds they created. Those moments taught me how to see beyond the surface and to find the stories hidden in the “quiet in-between moments” that spoke much louder than the bright lights of the big stage.

Over the years, my journey as a photographer has transitioned across many profound phases, which has led me to the love of capturing the intimate and empowering beauty of Boudoir. My clients aren’t just people in front of my camera; they are collaborators, muses, and friends. Each session captures the essence of the individual and my goal is to create art that tells their stories with honesty and integrity.

Michael Thomas and Emma Jaye are the powerhouse duo behind Sanctuary Boudoir…where art, passion, and creativity converge.

Michael has built an extraordinary career that spans the globe, collaborating with world-renowned talent  in the music, art, tech and fashion arenas. Producing work in the studio and on stage with artists ranging from members of Guns n Roses, Snoop Dogg, The Voice & American Idol, to designing collections for industry heavyweights such as Urban Outfitters, X Games and more, Michael has solidified his place as a creative force across many industries.

Emma started her professional career shooting and writing for some of the industry’s top music publications and brands, upon completing photojournalism studies in Europe. Cutting her teeth not only behind but in front of the camera gave her a unique perspective in capturing impactful images and the process to achieve those results. After spending time on the board at one of Arizona’s top fashion educators, Emma’s creative eye was drawn to the visual storytelling of boudoir. An opportunity to shoot at one of the industries most respected studios landed her in Dallas, TX where her love for the medium took root.

When the two paths crossed, their shared love for wanderlust ignited a spark. Sparks turned to flames, flames to fire, and soon, this artistic couple began blazing their trail together. From state to state and country to country, they have cultivated a life defined by creativity and exploration.

Together, they launched Let’s Count The Cities; an elegant chronicle of their career travels and a celebration of their unyielding spirit of adventure. This paved the path to the formation of LCTC Studios LLC; a Creative Collective providing Professional Photography & Creative Services.

And now with Sanctuary Boudoir, Michael Thomas and Emma Jaye have united their talent to offer an unparalleled experience sought out and enjoyed by local, out of state, and international clients.
